User Data Deletion Instructions
At 3Rings, you retain full ownership and control over your data. Follow the instructions below to disconnect linked social media accounts, clear cached analytics, or request permanent deletion of your account.

1Disconnect Connected Social Media Accounts
You can instantly revoke 3Rings' read-only access to your connected YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok accounts directly through our platform or through the respective platform's security settings.
- Log in to your 3Rings account.
- Navigate to Settings → Connected Accounts.
- Click Disconnect next to YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok.
- Access tokens are immediately invalidated and deleted from our database.
- Google/YouTube: Visit Google Security Permissions and remove 3Rings.
- Meta/Instagram: Visit Instagram Apps & Websites and click Revoke Access.
- TikTok: Go to Settings → Security → Authorized Apps in the TikTok app.
2Purge Cached Insights & AI Strategy Data
3Rings caches performance metrics and AI content strategies for up to 24–48 hours for fast loading.
Disconnecting a social account or clicking Refresh Data automatically purges all associated Redis cache keys for your user ID immediately.
3Request Full Account Deletion
If you wish to permanently delete your 3Rings account and purge all personal records, outreach campaigns, and connected metrics from our servers:

4Meta (Facebook / Instagram) User Data Deletion Compliance
In accordance with Meta Platform Rules and Data Protection Regulations (GDPR / CCPA):
- App Removal & Token Revocation: You can remove 3Rings from your Facebook or Instagram Authorized Apps settings at any time, which immediately revokes our access token on Meta's side.
- Requesting Data Purge: To have your stored data completely purged from our database, please additionally send an email to privacy@3rings.io.
- Data Deleted Upon Request: Upon receipt of your request, we delete all stored Facebook Page access tokens, Instagram Business Account IDs, and associated cached media metrics from our servers.
